I opened a case on the item that I ordered and they sent an auto response to close the claim. They never responded. And a label has been created for over a week but they haven't shipped it. So based on the label it should have arrived already and Etsy is asking me to review the item but the item hasn't been dropped off with UPS. All around a terrible experience so far.
