When I bought this product I liked the color, and another cut of fur I got as well I’m the same order, upon getting it, one cut of fur was damaged and had a ton of melted and curled fibers from heat damage, and was the complete wrong color. The other cut of fur was the right color and was good, but when I asked the seller about the fur that was incorrect and damaged they were rather rude, and claimed they sent the right color, which is definitely wrong cause the fur is dark brown almost black and the listing is light grey/tan fur fabric, I even took side by side picture of their listing picture and the fur I received and they still were persistent it’s the same color, I went and asked like 5 people if it was the same color and they all said it was clearly not. I was offered a return option, but I’d prefer not to save time.
