First of all, I ordered the wrong fabric. My fault. I was skeptical , not sure of the pic lighting & sorts. I even sent pics, & txts inquiring about the fabric I wanted. Which is very similar to what I ordered. I never got a "they aren't the same" response from them. Then I had to contact them a week after the purposed delivery date (9/25) to find out where my package was. It had not shipped yet. UPS said label created, awaiting drop off. Sent them the UPS snapshot inquiring. I got a response 1/2 hr ltr stating it was shipped. Ups shows time of drop off. It's been a very disappointing transaction . I'm returning the wrong item I purchased. I'll pay the shipping. I've ordered from this store b4, & it was great! But this time, it wasn't. Disappointed how the whole transaction was handled!
